Electromagnetic Waves and Optical Physics

I was the teaching fellow for PHGN 462 over two semesters in 2023–2024; besides review sessions and office hours, I gave supplemental lectures on the wave-optics material — the part of the curriculum closest to my own work in optics. It’s the upper-division optics course in the Engineering Physics track, developing the wave description of light through interference, diffraction, and polarization.
